After pursuing a number of channels, in order to persuade the Geneva Park District to provide us approval to run a July 26th PDGA Tournament at Wheeler Park, we have received their answer. "No".
It may be possible to have the tournament at park in a neighboring town. I'll keep you up to speed on any developments.
