LDGA is proud to announce the creation of the first regular LDGA Cup. This event, being held Sunday November 22, 2015 at Wheeler Park in Geneva, IL, is a Match Play series in which LDGA tag holding members will divide into two teams, led by two captains, and will compete in two separate Sessions of 18 holes of disc golf, for the right to drink form the Cup.

A framework has been developed, providing fundamental guidelines that govern play at the event. To view the current LDGA Cup framework, please view LDGA Cup Proposal. Players should plan to contribute a few dollars to the winners pool, to be awarded at the end of match play to the winning team. Scorecards will be distributed at the start of play and resulting statistics will be gathered and shared post event. How often the Cup will be put up for challenge following this first event is yet to be determined, however the LDGA plans to maintain player scores and hole-by-hole stats for future roster selection.
