flicdisc Congratulates Michael Conlee And Invites Him To Play In Upcoming Tournament

flicdisc would like to congratulate Michael Conlee (41267) of Oswego, IL for winning the 27th Memorial Championship presented by Discraft this week in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Mike finished first in the Advanced Amateur division by shooting -13, 158 total over three rounds. His 1020 rated 48 in the second round also deserves honorable mention, as it was the lowest score among all amateurs.

In celebration of Michael's achievement at the Memorial, flicdisc would like to invite him to play in our April, 19th event, the 2015 Main St Mandatory in Batavia, IL. If he accepts, we will provide Mike with an honorary position on the tournament lead card, and waive his Player's Fee. This would be a great opportunity for Mike to practice his approach shots on one of northern Illinois' most challenging layouts; West Main Park.
Immediately following tournament play, we'd also ask Michael to join all players, as we move the celebration into the barrel room at Penrose Brewing Company in Geneva, IL for the Awards Ceremony. Here we will help him prepare for the upcoming United States Amateur Disc Golf Championship where he will compete for our nation's top honor, by providing him (and all players) with a taste of the best locally brewed beer.

Michael - congratulations, and please contact us at flicdisc@gmail.com if you are willing to accept our invitation and compete in the 2015 Main St Mandatory.
